Whether you’re a college student, have middle or high school students or just want to brush up on your essay writing skills, I offer essay feedback sessions to help. I have an undergraduate degree in English education and a PhD in journalism. I helped hundreds of students learn to write better essays during my years as a tutor for Pearson Education.
I’ve taught homeschoolers on essay writing and written dozens of my own with a 4.0 GPA throughout graduate school. I understand the form, structure and details of essays to improve your skills.
I’m happy to work with students on a single essay, as needed, or to develop general skills needed in higher education. I offer edits, insights and advice. I won’t rewrite your essay for you, but I’ll provide clear instruction to help you have the best path forward. Where appropriate, I will provide examples of how you can rework sections or wording for more impact. My goal is to help you get the best grade possible and learn how to write better in the process.

It is only a matter of time until schools crack down on computer-generated papers and students suffer the consequences. If you’re willing to put in the work, I can help you be a more proficient writer that gets better grades on this paper and future ones.
Once you’ve paid for a session, you’ll send your essay to me in a Word or Google doc. I’ll mark it up with suggestions, add in tips to help you learn and send it back your way. My turnaround is usually 48 hours, so please allow enough time to get the essay back, see if you have any questions for me and rework your paper before it is due.
